COMPETITION DESIGN 2019

    The design of the residential complex is in a reclaimed area of Prague Vysočany, between the valley of the Rokytka river and the former railway siding - today's cycle path.

    The complex consists of five apartment buildings, standing on underground garages.

    A carefully designed plan with a number of ingeniously designed places for meeting and recreation is connected to the existing apartment buildings on the eastern side and to the Zahrádky park on the western and northern side.

    The houses are characterised by a simple façade design. The brick strip cladding used refers to the industrial architecture of Vysočany. The very effectively designed - curved attic adds grace and elegance to the houses
