    Three apartment buildings with identical floor plan and similar morphology, which create a semi-closed quiet space - a small square with a polder.

    The ground floor consists mainly of front gardens, supplemented by leisure activities - community garden, workout, play elements...
    Parking takes place primarily in underground garages accessible from the street - the space between the houses remains quiet, suitable for living and relax.
