The project deals with the reconstruction of a first-republican terraced house in a villa colony in Ořechovka.

The plan includes a new house layout and interior design.

The design is careful to preserve the historic spirit and picturesque and varied expression of the original house while incorporating elements of contemporary architecture and the lifestyle of a 21st century Czech family.
