Successfully finished one of the most demanding regeneration of panel block of flats in the CR. Significant facade transformation. New residential roof extention instead of the original studios. Global inside regeneration incl. common spaces and technical infrastructure. Fundamental change of use of the basement (with technical duct through foundation-spaces) - newly used by the District Directorate of the Prague 3 City Police. Implementation of 2-floor underground garage. Completely new parterre solution.
