The existing house is located in the Prague Conservation Area.

The project deals with the extension of a roofed swimming pool, adaptation of part of the existing house into a wellness area with sauna and interior design.

The proposed new building adjacent to the existing house is oriented to the south overlooking the garden.

The pool hall is designed as an artistic likeness to the historic Roman baths. The use of interior morphology: travertine columns with a segmented cornice and a coffered teak ceiling. The stone architraves around the building openings are also a historicising element. The field between the columns is filled with large onyx tiles. The rest of the walls and floors are covered with travertine throughout the pool hall. The rustic character of the interior is complemented by the use of historicizing lighting fixtures, white ceramics, door handles and interior accessories.
